HABA USA accepts no-reason returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery.

When Returns Qualify

Items should be unused and returned in their original condition, with original packaging when available. Customized products, clearance products, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

HABA USA pays the return shipping cost for approved no-reason returns and exchanges, and for returns caused by damage, defects, or other quality concerns. Contact selenawebb79948@gmail.com before sending the item so we can provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent free-return arrangement.

Refunds and Exchanges
